When we decided to bring the first USDA organic certified English cheese to the United States, we were determined that we would never compromise on quality. Our farmers and cheesemakers spent more than two years developing Kingdom Cheddar as our initial offering to our friends in the States. But don’t worry, we are already busy crafting some additional varieties, each produced using traditional methods, each carrying a distinct flavor, and each meeting the exacting USDA organic standards.
Quality cannot be hurried. Check back periodically and we will let you know when we bring each new variety to the American marketplace.
